In recent days, construction sites of key projects in Luxi New Area, Heze, have been bustling with activity as workers seize the "golden September and October" peak period, pressing the "fast-forward button" on project construction and accelerating high-quality development.

Recently, at the construction site of the Huaxing Technology project, tower cranes stand in clusters and machines roar. Workers are carrying out construction in an orderly manner while ensuring safety, and project construction is in full swing as they strive to meet the construction schedule.

"At present, the main structure of the office building has passed acceptance inspection, the main structure of the apartment building is complete and awaiting acceptance inspection, two-thirds of the first-floor main structure of Workshop No. 1 has been completed, and the infrastructure of Workshops No. 3 and No. 4 and the tiered footings of the pilot-test workshop are complete and awaiting acceptance inspection," said Dong Qingxi, an on-site staff member of the Huaxing Technology project of Shanjian Group. To fully advance the project, the company has continuously optimized the allocation of project resources while ensuring safety and quality. At present, 40% of the overall project has been completed, and the main framework is expected to be finished before the Spring Festival.

It is understood that the Huaxing Technology project involves a total investment of 1 billion yuan, covers 150 mu of land, and has a total floor area of 100,000 square meters. Its high-power marine high-pressure common-rail electronically controlled fuel injection system adopts an entirely innovative structural design to achieve the function of delivering a metered amount of fuel to the engine, with a maximum injection pressure of 180 MPa and a maximum cyclic fuel injection volume of 900 mm3. It features high power, low fuel consumption, low noise, a compact structure, and high reliability and durability. It has broken the technological monopoly of foreign countries and filled a gap in relevant domestic fields. After the project is completed, it will achieve annual sales revenue of 2 billion yuan and profits and taxes of 400 million yuan.

Key projects are the anchor for stabilizing economic development and bear on the overall development and future potential of the region. At the Lingang Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, not far from the Huaxing Technology project, the "charge" for construction has likewise been fully sounded. Multiple excavators are working intensively in the park, and busy figures of workers and on-site managers can be seen everywhere, presenting a scene of bustling activity.

The Lingang Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park is an industrial park carefully planned and advanced at a high level by Luxi New Area around the "231 industrial system." It is reported that the first phase of the park covers about 860 mu, with a total floor area of about 570,000 square meters and a total investment of about 8 billion yuan. It aims to build a high-end equipment manufacturing industry cluster for the new generation of information technology, supported by commercial centers, staff dormitories, childcare and other supporting service facilities. At present, the park has signed multiple projects, including Concord New Energy, Haixiang Intelligent Manufacturing, and Haixi Co., Ltd.'s 5 GWh energy storage cell and module pack manufacturing.

"Since the project started, we have held several project construction promotion meetings, actively coordinated with relevant functional departments, and accelerated the construction of supporting projects in the park. At present, supporting infrastructure such as roads and underground pipe networks in the park have basically been completed," said Sun Yucun, deputy general manager of Heze Water Group. Next, he said, the park will follow the overall deployment of the new area, keep a close eye on targets, reverse the construction schedule, race against time, focus on progress, and do everything possible to speed up project construction so as to ensure the efficient completion of construction tasks.

One project after another is "blooming and bearing fruit," nurturing new growth points; batch after batch of projects "taking root" is creating new growth poles. At present, at construction sites across the new area, engineering vehicles shuttle back and forth and workers perform their duties. This is the clarion call to forge ahead on a new journey and the sound of footsteps in making contributions in the new era.
