Hydraulic Impact Hammer

Yong'an Machinery's hydraulic impact hammers range from YC-3 to YC-250, with more than 30 models. Core components all use imported parts, making them more stable and more efficient in piling compared with products on the market. The hydraulic impact hammer can be used with fixed pile frames or for lifting and driving by cranes, and can be adjusted according to the host machine owned by the customer to make it applicable. The hydraulic impact hammer can be applied to different piles and meet various working condition requirements, different materials, different sizes, and different shapes, such as cement piles, steel sheet piles, H-shaped piles, steel pipe piles, round, square, hexagonal, etc.

Yong'an Machinery's hydraulic vibratory hammers range from YZ-70 to YZ-1600B, with more than 30 models. Core components all use imported parts, making them more stable and more efficient in piling compared with products on the market. Hydraulic vibratory hammers are widely used in projects such as offshore wind farms, offshore fixed platforms and mobile platforms, jacket structures, bridges, wharves, trestle bridges, high-speed railways, cofferdams, expressways, and building pile foundations. Hydraulic vibratory hammers require no guide frame, facilitate verticality correction, allow quick installation, and feature low-emission construction. They are suitable for driving and extracting steel sheet piles, steel pipe piles, H-shaped piles, precast piles, special-shaped piles, cast-in-place bored piles with driven casing, thin-wall cutoff walls, etc. The equipment features high vibration frequency, low noise, and underwater operation, and can also dive for underwater pile extraction or seabed compaction and leveling.

Yong'an Machinery's electric vibratory hammers range from DZ-45 to DZJ-600, with more than 20 models. The electric vibratory hammer adopts Yong'an's specially made vibration-resistant motor, is equipped with German FAG bearings, uses high-standard welding processes, an improved gearbox design, and a unique bearing ring design, and is structurally optimized with soundproofing design and added oil contamination settling function, increasing service life by at least 70%. The electric vibratory hammer can sink cast-in-place concrete piles, lime piles, sand piles, and gravel piles. Equipped with hydraulic clamps, it can drive and extract steel pipe piles, steel sheet piles, I-shaped piles, and various other types of steel piles and cement precast piles. It is an ideal piling machine for foundation engineering construction and various ground treatment constructions such as residential buildings, factory buildings, subways, expressways, wharves, airports, and power stations.

· Pile Turner ·

The pile turner is a new product developed by Yong'an Machinery to address the problem of turning super-large-diameter steel pipe piles. Targeting factors such as the long time consumed in turning piles for offshore wind power and the many influences of sea conditions, and building on the hydraulic vibratory hammer clamp system, it is an innovative and popular offshore wind power product. Currently, Yong'an Machinery's pile turners range from FZQ-100 to FZQ-1200, capable of turning steel pipe piles with diameters from 1 m to 12 m and weights from 100 t to 1200 t, and can be used interchangeably with Yong'an Machinery's power packs. Yong'an Machinery's pile turners are made of high-strength steel, undergo strict heat treatment processes, and are machined with high-precision CNC centers. The clamps use alloy steel, and the welded structural components comply with the design and welding specifications for "important lifting components" in the 2007 edition of the "Code for Lifting Appliances in a Marine Environment" compiled by CCS.
