Entering the fourth quarter, various localities in Jining City have closely followed the construction milestones of key engineering projects, strengthened factor guarantees, and made every effort to advance engineering project construction to ensure they are completed and put into operation on schedule.

Recently, we came to the construction site of the annual 210-ton 'polyimide' monomer project of Shandong Aidekemei New Materials Co., Ltd. in Yinsi Town, Wenshang County. At present, the main framework of the plant has been completed, and workers are installing the 'reactor' equipment and supporting pipelines.

Hou Xiuzhe, Deputy General Manager of Shandong Aidekemei New Materials Co., Ltd.: 'Next, we will install auxiliary equipment and automation equipment. We plan to achieve trial production of the entire project before the end of November.'

The project's products are mainly used in fields such as foldable electronic product screens, insulating materials, and high-temperature-resistant aviation materials. After completion, it can achieve annual sales revenue of 170 million yuan and profit of 60 million yuan.

Yan Lijun, Deputy Mayor of Yinsi Town, Wenshang County: 'To ensure the landing of the Aidekemei project, Yinsi Town actively applied for land quotas and completed the land procedures in three months, providing time assurance for the project's landing. When handling environmental impact assessment procedures, we fully assisted the enterprise in handling the regional pollutant reduction plan, greatly shortening the time for project procedure processing.'

We also came to the construction site of Phase I of the Natural Gas Distributed Energy Heating Project in Jining High-tech Zone. It is understood that the individual construction of the project has been fully completed, and workers are currently carrying out foundation work for the 35KV booster station.

Kong Hao, Project Manager of the Natural Gas Distributed Energy Heating Project in Jining High-tech Zone: 'The 35KV booster station is an important area for the project's power transmission. It is expected that equipment will enter the site before the 30th and installation and commissioning work will be fully carried out. The core of the power island area consists of gas turbines, generators, and boilers, all designed and produced in a modular manner, which shortens the equipment installation cycle. At present, nearly 70% has been completed overall.'

The Natural Gas Distributed Energy Heating Project in Jining High-tech Zone mainly builds two sets of 30-megawatt-class gas units and auxiliary supporting facilities. After full completion, it can achieve a net power generation of 490 million kWh and supply 1.323 million tons of steam annually, effectively solving the dilemma of a single heat source in Jining High-tech Zone.

Wuqiong (Sishui) Food Co., Ltd. is a leading food processing enterprise specially attracted to Sishui County, with a total investment of 1.18 billion yuan. Currently, project construction is nearing completion.

Guo Xiaosheng, Person in Charge of the Wuqiong (Sishui) Food Project: 'We strive to complete the overall final work by the end of October, enter the overall equipment commissioning stage in November, and equipment linked trial production should be possible in mid-November.'

The enterprise mainly produces high-end leisure meat snacks and is building barbecue sauce-braised workshops, cold storage, finished product warehouses, machine repair and spare parts workshops, etc. After the project reaches full production, it will process more than 150,000 tons of raw materials annually and will become the production base in northern China for the Guangdong headquarters enterprise.
