Recently, the foundation pit support, dewatering and ground treatment works of the Sichuan Conservatory of Music Music Art Building Construction Project undertaken by Chengkanyuan, and the foundation pit support, dewatering and ground treatment works of the Jiahe Xinyuan Resettlement Community Engineering Design-Construction General Contracting Project, have been successfully completed.

Sichuan Conservatory of Music Music Art Building

The project is located at No. 6 Xinsheng Road, Wuhou District, Chengdu, Sichuan Province, with a total construction area of approximately 41,900 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is approximately 33,100 square meters, mainly comprising piano rooms, rehearsal halls, classrooms, a rehearsal theater and an academic lecture hall, etc.; the underground construction area is approximately 8,897 square meters, mainly comprising a parking garage, classrooms and equipment rooms, etc. The excavation depth of the foundation pit is approximately 14.5 m to 15.9 m. Chengkanyuan is responsible for the implementation of the foundation pit support, dewatering and anti-floating anchor works of the project.

During the performance of the project, Chengkanyuan dispatched a professional project team and carried out meticulous management, achieving high-quality performance of the project with high standards and strict requirements. Upon completion, the project will greatly improve the teaching conditions of Sichuan Conservatory of Music, optimize the educational environment, deepen the integration of industry and education, and help promote urban construction and industrial development.

The project is located on the south side of Huanglong Avenue, Shuangliu District, Chengdu, with a planned net land area of approximately 48,900 square meters and a total construction area of approximately 94,100 square meters. It consists of 28 proposed multi-storey residential buildings and 4 multi-storey non-residential buildings. Chengkanyuan is mainly responsible for the foundation pit support, dewatering and ground treatment works of the project. To ensure the smooth progress of the project, Chengkanyuan selected professional technical backbones and a first-class management team to be stationed on site, and completed the task efficiently, with high quality and high standards.

Upon completion, the project will effectively advance Shuangliu District's vision of building a rural cultural and artistic community, further drive the development of tourism in the Huanglongxi Scenic Area, and help the Huanglongxi Scenic Area build itself into a "National Environmentally Beautiful Small Town".
