Recently, the first batch of two sets of 1600-type integrated pure electric (rotary pipe) casing drills, jointly developed by Zoomlion and Jiecheng Pile Engineering, were successfully applied for the first time in the Xuzhou Metro project. The 1600-type integrated pure electric (rotary pipe) casing drill realizes pure electric drive for the crane and the rotary pipe drill. Construction operations can achieve zero exhaust emissions, and working noise is also greatly reduced, fully complying with environmental protection policies and requirements. In terms of energy saving, taking the construction of 1-meter-diameter secant piles in clay-dominated strata (non-rock-socketed) as an example, with 3 piles completed per day (about 80 meters), calculated according to grid electricity prices, construction with the 1600-type integrated pure electric (rotary pipe) casing drill significantly reduces energy costs compared with the combined construction of a fuel crane and an electric rotary pipe drill, and is highly economically valuable. During the construction process of this project, the equipment received high praise from the owner, the general contractor, and the supervision unit in various aspects such as energy saving, noise reduction, and emission reduction.
