The "Five Golden Flowers" exported to Russia successfully challenged the extreme cold construction environment

In the Moscow Metro project, CRCHI's "Five Golden Flowers" bloomed proudly. With a daily advance rate of 35 meters, they conquered the extreme cold environment of minus 35 degrees Celsius, setting a new local construction record and becoming a successful model of Chinese tunneling machines in overseas construction.

The 10.88-meter diameter earth pressure balance shield machine "Victory" exported to Russia

At 8 a.m. on May 5, 2020, the "Victory," then the largest-diameter shield machine exported from China to Europe, was launched at the Maple Leaf Avenue station work area of the large shield project on the eastern section of the Third Interchange Ring Line of the Moscow Metro in Russia. After 14 months, the large shield construction project on the eastern section of the Third Interchange Ring Line of the Moscow Metro achieved full breakthrough.

The "Oriental Face" in the Aegean ancient city metro project exported to Turkey

On April 10, 2020, the construction of China's first self-branded shield machine exported to Turkey, independently developed by CRCHI, entered the concrete lining area, marking the successful completion of the shield machine's tunneling task for the third section of the Izmir Metro tunnel in Turkey and laying a solid foundation for the subsequent full breakthrough. This was the first time a self-branded shield machine with independent intellectual property rights in China was used by a European construction company, and the first "Oriental Face" to appear in the Aegean ancient city metro project.

Open-type TBM exported to South America

At the end of November 2022, good news came from the San Gabán Hydropower Station project in Peru: China's first open-type TBM exported to South America achieved a remarkable monthly advance of more than one kilometer during construction. The San Gabán Hydropower Station in Peru is a representative project of the Belt and Road Initiative landing in South America and the first power project invested by a Chinese enterprise in Peru.

Middle East debut supports UAE railway construction

On August 22, 2020, in the imported tunnel of Sub-section 1 of Package D of the UAE Etihad Rail Phase II, CRCHI's fully computerized three-boom rock drilling jumbo successfully completed the advance anchor bolt support construction at the tunnel portal, marking the successful debut of CRCHI's tunnel construction equipment exported in batches to the Middle East.

Challenging high-temperature and high-humidity construction environments, CRCHI tunnel equipment sets off for Saudi Arabia

On September 1, 2021, at CRCHI's Changsha Second Industrial Park, 13 sets of tunnel equipment were ready for departure, exported to Saudi Arabia. This batch of equipment included three-boom rock drilling jumbos, wet shotcrete machines, concrete mixing stations, and more. It was the second time CRCHI's tunnel equipment entered high-standard engineering projects in the Middle East after batch exports to the UAE.

Rail systems support world transportation construction

Since 2010, turnouts and frogs of rail types such as UIC60, 50N, 54E1, and BS90A have been supplied to Sierra Leone, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Laos, Nigeria, Kenya, Pakistan, and China's Hong Kong and Taiwan regions.
