During the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day holiday, Zhucheng City seized the golden autumn construction period, boosted morale, accelerated progress, and set project construction on a "fast track," striving to complete the year's construction tasks.

With machines roaring and vehicles shuttling back and forth, the construction site of the Ecological Health Combined Production Project of Shandong Guyu Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was a scene of bustling activity. "We started construction last November, and the equipment in the maltose workshop is now being installed and commissioned, with production expected to begin in mid-October," said Guan Yanchun, general manager of the Shandong Guyu Biotechnology Ecological Health Combined Production Project.

It is understood that the project mainly produces deep-processed starch products and, once completed, will drive more than 40% expansion of Zhucheng's biopharmaceutical sector. At present, various installation and construction works at the project site are being accelerated.

In recent years, Zhucheng City has thoroughly implemented the strategy of "strengthening the city through industry and giving priority to industrialization," insisting on focusing all attention on projects, centering all efforts on projects, and gripping all work around projects. While strengthening hard infrastructure conditions across all fields, it has continued to deepen practical reforms to government services, escorting the smooth progress of projects and promoting early commencement of signed projects, early production of commenced projects, and early achievement of results from projects in production.

Similarly, at the site of the intelligent upgrading project of Songyuan Wood Industry in Shiqiaozi Town, Zhucheng City, there was also a lively construction scene. Workers were going all out to meet the construction schedule, while technical personnel were nervously and orderly commissioning newly installed equipment. A 14,000-square-meter production workshop will be built here.

According to the project manager, the project involves an investment of 120 million yuan. The workshop construction has now been completed, and some robots and assembly lines are being installed and commissioned. After the upgrading is completed, the output value will increase from 65 million yuan to 230 million yuan.

The top priority among major projects is to ensure that factor guarantees are implemented in detail. Zhucheng City has continuously optimized the approval process for construction projects, formulated and issued the "Implementation Plan for 'Five Certificates Issued Simultaneously' for Key Industrial Projects in Zhucheng City," and, by establishing an integrated mechanism of "project butlers" and "assisted agency services" as well as "one-on-one" dedicated services for key projects, provides full-process project approval services and uses "nanny-style" services to remove potential bottlenecks for high-quality projects.

In line with the task targets set at the beginning of the year, Zhucheng City is approaching the fourth quarter with the urgency of a "countdown" and making concerted efforts to achieve "red results for the whole year."
