Equipment Introduction

The C-10 fully hydraulic multifunctional ground improvement equipment is specially designed by Shanghai Jiuzhuo for emergency rescue, pilot hole drilling, jet grouting, core sampling, and fishing operations in confined spaces. It features all-directional and multi-angle construction capabilities, with a variety of modular power heads and masts that can be selected and configured according to different construction conditions.

An electric motor is used as the power source for the entire machine, and the complete hydraulic system adopts a load-sensing design, achieving environmental protection and energy savings while avoiding the air pollution and noise pollution caused by diesel engines in confined spaces.

Equipment Features

1. Fully hydraulic transmission with electro-hydraulic proportional load-sensing control; smooth transmission, centralized operation, light and safe, highly efficient and energy-saving.

2. Power head rotation, main winch lifting, crawler travel, and tool winch lifting are all steplessly variable speed, and are equipped with multiple safety mechanisms such as overload relief valves, balance valves, and brakes, ensuring stable operation and reliable safety.

3. A specially designed high-torque, hollow-type rotary power head with dual drive units arranged symmetrically, which can eliminate radial loads on the slewing bearing and effectively extend the service life of the bearing.

4. The drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic outriggers that can level the rig, improving stability and safety during construction.
