Dear colleagues,

Good afternoon, everyone! Today is Zoomlion's 31st birthday, a holiday we all share. I am delighted to celebrate the company's birthday here in Neuenburg together with my m-tec colleagues. I would also like to express my sincere thanks to our m-tec colleagues for their meticulous decoration and thoughtful arrangements. Today, not only in Germany and China, but also at Zoomlion campuses in more than 30 other countries around the world, everyone is celebrating Zoomlion's birthday in their own way. Here, on behalf of Zoomlion, I extend festive greetings to all m-tec colleagues! And festive greetings to our 30,000 employees across more than 30 countries worldwide!

Over the past 31 years, Zoomlion has embarked on a path of innovation, openness and internationalization, achieving steady and high-quality development. This would not have been possible without the efforts and dedication of all our employees. Together we have created Zoomlion's remarkable history and are now building its boundless future. On this special day, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to all our employees worldwide!

Zoomlion's 31 years have been 31 years of continuous innovation. From the initial traditional construction machinery manufacturing to today's new digital, new energy and new materials, our pace of innovation has never stopped, empowering the industry with the latest technologies and creating value for customers.

Zoomlion's 31 years have been 31 years of continuous openness. From a small workshop of less than 200 square meters in Changsha, China, to more than 30 global industrial parks across Asia and Europe and North and South America, our pace of open development has never stopped. Upholding the philosophy of openness, inclusiveness and embracing all, we have built a diverse and inclusive corporate family and an industrial ecosystem full of innovative vitality.

Zoomlion's 31 years have been 31 years of continuous internationalization. From aligning technology, products and industry with global standards to integrating into local societies and cultures to achieve localized development, our pace of internationalization has never stopped. Leveraging digital technology, we have broken through the barriers of time, space and language to build a unified global multinational operations management system. Today, gathering here at m-tec reminds me of the scene 10 years ago when m-tec joined the Zoomlion family. Over the past 10 years, we have proven through facts the success of mutual inclusiveness, deep integration and moving forward hand in hand.

Today's Zoomlion is still on its journey, and its pace of innovation, openness and internationalization will not stop. We are accelerating the development of three major business segments—construction machinery, agricultural machinery and smart agriculture, and new building materials—and accelerating our global strategic layout. In the near future, we will achieve the goal of generating more than 50% of our revenue outside China.

As always, we will vigorously support the sustainable development of all our overseas subsidiaries, including m-tec. I hope everyone will continue to innovate, strive and develop within the big family and big system of Zoomlion!

Finally, let us jointly wish Zoomlion a happy 31st anniversary, and wish all Zoomlion employees worldwide good health, success at work and happiness in their families! Thank you!
