Recently, the event "Great G New Era, Win-Win Shared Future" — Zoomlion Wall-Type Products Observation and Foundation Construction Technology Exchange Conference — was successfully held in Jinan, Shandong. Associations and industry experts were invited to share in the innovative achievements of Zoomlion's series of products and to exchange views on relevant cases of wall-type products as well as construction techniques and methods for projects.

Professor Li Lianxiang, Chairman of the Foundation Pit Engineering Professional Committee of the Shandong Civil Engineering and Architecture Society; Xu Huaibin, President of the Pile Machinery Branch of the Shandong Deep Foundation and Underground Engineering Association; Liu Guohui, Chief Engineer of Shandong Jianzhu University Engineering Appraisal and Reinforcement Research Institute Co., Ltd.; and other industry leaders and experts, together with Chen Gang, General Manager of Shanghai Zoomlion Piling Machinery Co., Ltd., and Tong Sai, Deputy General Manager, attended the event.

Chen Gang, General Manager of Shanghai Zoomlion Piling Machinery Co., Ltd., stated that Zoomlion incorporates the "dual carbon" strategy into its overall corporate development, continuously advancing green technology, green products, and green manufacturing, fully implementing the four ultimate requirements of "technology, quality, cost, and service," focusing on product intelligence, demonstrating to the world its strength in innovation leadership, and contributing to the infrastructure industry.

It is understood that Li Shizhan, Chief Engineer of Grab Design at the Technology Center of Shanghai Zoomlion Piling Machinery Co., Ltd., delivered a report and presentation on Zoomlion's wall-type products, enabling customers to fully understand the advantages and highlights of Zoomlion's wall-type products as well as their outstanding performance in construction cases. According to the introduction, as of now, the wall-type products Zoomlion has brought to market hold a total of 23 granted or applied-for patents, including 16 invention patents. Based on platform-based design, the products feature highly market-versatile power, pumps, valves, motors, reducers, and travel systems that are fully interchangeable with the rotary drilling series, with mature and reliable configurations and easier logistics support. Zoomlion's underground diaphragm wall features synchronous lifting and lowering of dual winches, which can drive the grab to move up and down within the trench to perform trenching operations, along with various highlight advantages such as a 12-piece push-plate deviation-correction device, all of which have been highly praised by customers and drawn widespread attention from the on-site audience.

Subsequently, industry experts and leaders held discussions on foundation construction techniques and the requirements for foundation construction equipment, focusing in detail on four sub-topics: the construction techniques for bored piles, diaphragm walls, and mine tunnel construction and the equipment requirements for these; the future development directions of bored pile, diaphragm wall, and mine tunnel construction; whether there are new foundation-related achievements that they hope Zoomlion will apply to its equipment; and how existing equipment stock for foundation construction should be iterated and upgraded.

The observation site for this Zoomlion wall-type products event was the Tianqiao District Rehabilitation Comprehensive Building for Persons with Disabilities construction project in Jinan, Shandong. Chen Yanfu, Professional Chief Engineer of Shandong Jianzhu University Engineering Appraisal and Reinforcement Research Institute Co., Ltd., provided a detailed introduction to this project. According to the introduction, Zoomlion's ZDG750G underground diaphragm wall will help this project's construction effectively address comprehensive rehabilitation issues for persons with disabilities, and will also help promote the healthy development of undertakings for persons with disabilities, contributing to building a harmonious society and a healthy Tianqiao.
