On September 19, 2023, Gulou District of Fuzhou City held the Sixth Service Enterprise Conference. The conference announced the "List of 88 'Major Taxpayers' Making Outstanding Contributions to District-Level Tax Revenue in 2022" and the "List of 50 'Meritorious Enterprises' Making Outstanding Contributions to Economic Development in Gulou District in 2022."
