The Sunward SWE400F crawler hydraulic excavator is an all-around product specially designed for mining, earthwork excavation, loading and breaking operations. A mining customer in Luoyang, Henan, reported that the SWE400F excavator is used for overburden stripping and loading operations in mines, working under high load for more than 22 hours a day. In the Golog region of Qinghai, the SWE400F performs sand and gravel loading operations at an altitude above 4,000 m and temperatures of -20 to 20°C. "The machine has strong low-temperature starting capability, excellent high-altitude power response and strong environmental adaptability, meeting the operational requirements of high-altitude and low-temperature working conditions," commented a customer at a stone quarry in Golog, Qinghai.‍

In addition, in pure electric mode, the equipment achieves zero emissions during construction, reduced noise pollution and environmental friendliness. At the same time, the core components adopt direct motor drive, effectively reducing energy conversion losses; the drill pipe can automatically recover and recharge during lowering, with an overall conversion efficiency of 50% and higher energy utilization.

Currently, the equipment is being used in construction on the Nanjing-Yangzhou intercity railway project. According to customer feedback, it can save 50,000 to 60,000 yuan per month, being both environmentally friendly and cost-saving.‍

SWSL1416AC-C Crawler Scissor-Type Aerial Work Platform

The SWSL1416AC-C crawler scissor-type aerial work platform is an off-road electric scissor developed to meet the market's demand for electric scissors with obstacle-crossing capability. It uses maintenance-free batteries as its power source, adopts a wide off-road steel crawler traveling chassis and is equipped with high-power AC drive motors, featuring super-strong obstacle-crossing capability and easily climbing 40% steep slopes.
