At the meeting, General Manager Xia Zhihong, on behalf of Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., reported on the company's development.

Over the past three years, Sunward has kept the instructions in mind, adhered to the path of independent innovation and development, and actively promoted the transformation toward intelligent, green, and high-end development.

In terms of innovative development,it has continuously rolled out a number of innovative products, setting multiple industry-first and world-leading records, such as the super-large-tonnage rotary drilling rig 1280, which set a new world record with a maximum borehole diameter of 6.3 meters. It has continuously overcome multiple "bottleneck" problems, achieved mass production and application of high-performance hydraulic valves and other components, and broken the monopoly of foreign brands. Over the three years, it has applied for more than 700 patents in total.

In terms of open development, product exports have maintained substantial growth for three consecutive years. The number of excavators in the European market has consistently ranked first among domestic brands, and rock drilling rigs have achieved the top export sales volume in multiple international markets such as Mongolia. Products have entered more than 20 countries and regions in Africa, with the total value of equipment amounting to approximately 600 million yuan.

In terms of transformational development,it has promoted the deep integration of 5G technology with engineering equipment and released products such as the world's first 5G intelligent rotary drilling rig; strengthened the construction of smart production lines, built a new intelligent welding production line for medium excavator booms, and increased the annual production capacity of excavators and rotary drilling rigs by 115% and 71% respectively compared with 2019. It has been awarded the honorary title of Intelligent Manufacturing Demonstration Factory by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology for three consecutive years and was selected among the 2021 China Top 50 in Intelligent Manufacturing.
