IV. Project Overview:

The Shanghai East Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub of the Oriental Hub is one of the four major main passenger stations in the general layout plan of the Shanghai railway hub. It mainly handles the originating and terminating operations and part of the through operations of the Shanghai-Nantong and Shanghai-Zhapu-Hangzhou railways, as well as the originating and terminating operations of part of the North Yanjiang High-Speed Railway, South Yanjiang Intercity Railway, and Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou Railway. The collection and distribution system of the East Station Hub adopts the principles of "north in and north out, south in and south out, fast in and fast out, and north-south connectivity", with the north and south waist entry method, leading directional ramps from the Zhoudeng Expressway to connect with the station building drop-off platform, achieving traffic connection among various facility spaces through on- and off-ramps, and realizing north-south system connectivity through Zhanqian Road and Zhandong Road underpasses. The elevated bridge of the collection and distribution system consists of three parts: the north system main line and ramps, the south system main line and ramps, and the No. 0 platform ramp. The scope of this project includes the collection and distribution elevated system, underground roads, and ground roads within Area A, with a bridge length of about 6.7 km, and the road tunnel project is classified as Grade V.

Specific contents are as follows:

1) Collection and distribution elevated system: including the north system main line (excluding the drop-off platform section) and 6 ramps; the south system main line (excluding the drop-off platform section) and 7 ramps;

2) Underground roads: including the main line and ramps of the underpass within the scope of Zhanqian Road, the civil engineering works of the pedestrian and vehicular underpasses built above the Zhanqian Road underpass; the entrance and exit ramps between the ground connection point and the underground garage;

3) Ground roads (including rainwater and sewage pipelines): including eight ground road sections such as Zhuqin Road, Jinting Highway, Zhanqian Road, Zhandong Road, Planned Road 1, Huaxing Road, Zhuchuan Road, and Planned Road 3, the square pavement works above the Zhanqian Road underpass, and the bridge and approach works of Jinting Highway crossing the Weichang River. Supporting main drainage pipeline for collection and distribution.

V. Obtaining of Bidding Documents:

1. After successfully obtaining the bidding documents, visit the website of Shanghai Construction Engineering Trading Service Center (http://www.shcpe.cn), log in to the trading platform and query and download from the "Trading Platform--Bidding Project Management" menu.

2. If potential bidders or other interested parties have objections to the prequalification documents, they shall submit them in writing with signature to the tenderee 2 days before the deadline for submission of prequalification application documents; if they have objections to the bidding documents, they shall submit them in writing with signature to the tenderee 10 days before the bidding deadline.
