IV. Project Overview:

The Shanghai East Station Comprehensive Transportation Hub of the Oriental Hub is one of the four major main passenger stations in the overall layout plan of the Shanghai railway hub. It mainly handles the originating and terminating operations and some through operations of the Shanghai-Nantong and Shanghai-Zhapu-Hangzhou railways, as well as part of the originating and terminating operations of the North Yanjiang High-Speed Railway, South Yanjiang Intercity Railway, and Shanghai-Suzhou-Huzhou Railway. The East Station Hub collection and distribution system adopts the principles of "north entry and north exit, south entry and south exit, fast entry and fast exit, and north-south connectivity", using the south and north waist entry method, leading directional ramps from the Zhoudeng Expressway to connect with the station building drop-off platform, achieving traffic connection among various facility spaces through on-ramps and off-ramps, and realizing north-south system connectivity through the Zhanqian Road and Zhandong Road underpasses. The elevated bridge of the collection and distribution system consists of three elevated parts: the north system main line and ramps, the south system main line and ramps, and the No. 0 platform ramp. The scope of this project includes the collection and distribution elevated system, underground roads, and ground roads within Area A, with a bridge length of approximately 6.7 km, and the road tunnel works classified as Grade V. The specific contents are as follows: 1) Collection and distribution elevated system: including the north system main line (excluding the drop-off platform section) and 6 ramps; the south system main line (excluding the drop-off platform section) and 7 ramps; 2) Underground roads: including the main line and ramps of the underpass within the Zhanqian Road project scope, and the civil works of the pedestrian and vehicular underpasses built above the Zhanqian Road underpass; the entrance and exit ramps between the ground connection points and the underground garage; 3) Ground roads (including rainwater and sewage pipelines): including eight ground road sections such as Zhuqin Road, Jinting Highway, Zhanqian Road, Zhandong Road, Planning Road 1, Huaxing Road, Zhuchuan Road, and Planning Road 3, the square pavement works above the Zhanqian Road underpass, and the Jinting Highway bridge over the Weichang River and its approach works. Collection and distribution supporting main drainage pipeline.

V. Obtaining of Bidding Documents:

1. After successfully obtaining the bidding documents, visit the website of the Shanghai Construction Engineering Transaction Service Center (http://www.shcpe.cn), log in to the trading platform, and query and download from the "Trading Platform -- Bid Project Management" menu.
2. If potential bidders or other interested parties have objections to the prequalification documents, they shall submit them in writing with signature to the tenderee 2 days before the deadline for submission of prequalification application documents; if they have objections to the bidding documents, they shall submit them in writing with signature to the tenderee 10 days before the bid deadline.
