Recently, the Xi'an Qihang Xinyuan Phase III project, constructed by the Construction Company of China Railway 14th Bureau Group, successfully passed completion acceptance, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent resettlement work and community handover.

Located in Fengdong New Town of Xixian New Area, the Qihang Xinyuan Phase III project is a key livelihood and resettlement project in Xi'an. The project covers a planned land area of about 95.4 mu, with a total construction area of about 306,000 square meters. It consists of 12 individual buildings, including residential buildings, commercial office buildings, a convenience community center, and a kindergarten, and can accommodate 1,856 households. The plot ratio and building density are rationally configured, and the greening rate exceeds the standard, creating a higher environmental quality within limited space. This truly realizes the transition from "having a place to live" to "having a livable place," effectively enhancing the sense of gain and happiness of the general public.

Since construction began in January 2020, the project has focused on livelihood needs, actively responded to public expectations, and made every effort to advance the construction of resettlement housing. To accelerate progress, the project increased personnel input, with the number of workers peaking at about 1,100. At the same time, it increased investment in scientific research, adopted the "Ten New Technologies of the Construction Industry," and applied various new safety facilities and innovative construction methods, greatly improving construction efficiency. Labor competition activities themed "Improve Quality, Emphasize Safety, Ensure Schedule, and Work Hard for 120 Days" were organized, achieving the goal of exceeding about 290 million yuan in output value within four months.

Convenience community center

During the construction and implementation process, all participating personnel carried forward the iron-army spirit of arduous struggle, continuous operation, and strenuous effort, and the project achieved new breakthroughs in quality control, safety management, and civilized construction. The project adhered to "comprehensive, all-personnel, and whole-process" quality management and the "model guidance" system, scientifically arranged construction procedures, strengthened process control and on-site supervision, and resolved common quality problems and difficulties. It carried out refined management and standardized organization strictly in accordance with provincial-level civilized construction site standards, and led the industry in safety management, pollution and haze control measures, and the creation of a civilized construction atmosphere.

Kindergarten

Relying on high-quality engineering quality and scientific project management, Qihang Xinyuan Phase III has successively won multiple honors, including "National-level Work Site for Standardized Safety Production Construction," "Shaanxi Provincial-level Civilized Construction Site," and "Shaanxi Provincial High-Quality Structure." Next, the project department will, in line with the principle of "being responsible to the owner and to society," cooperate in ensuring owner occupancy and later service support work.
