At 6:50 a.m. on August 29, after 10 hours and 30 minutes of continuous construction, the pile cap on the left side of the 5# main pier of the Leishui Grand Bridge, a controlling project of the Chachang Expressway, was successfully poured.

At this point, the concrete pouring of the pile caps for both main piers 6# and 5# of the Leishui Grand Bridge has been fully completed, marking that the bridge's main piers have fully entered the construction stage of the pier shafts, Block 0, and other superstructure works.

The pile cap on the left side of the 5# main pier of the Leishui Grand Bridge poured this time is 15 meters long, 9.5 meters wide, and 4.5 meters high. It was poured with C30 concrete, with an actual pour volume of 660 cubic meters. To ensure the smooth pouring of the 5# main pier pile cap concrete, the project team organized construction scientifically, allocated resources reasonably, and strictly controlled each process, ensuring that the left and right pile caps were successively completed and poured in late August.

Next, the Chachang Expressway will continue to seize the golden construction period, focus on the overall construction plan of the Leishui Grand Bridge, consolidate responsibilities, unite efforts, and fully advance various superstructure construction operations of the bridge under the premise of ensuring safety and quality.
