Recently, Zunhua City, Hebei Province held a centralized commencement ceremony for key projects in the third quarter. Twelve engineering projects broke ground, including the Ganglu Steel 1260 blast furnace construction project and Yingke Coating Equipment's project to produce 80 sets of vacuum coating equipment per year, with a total investment of 2.829 billion yuan.

Since 2023, Zunhua City has continued to strengthen the clear guiding principle of "projects first," intensifying efforts in investment promotion and project construction, and persistently carrying out the "strengthen guidance, boost momentum" campaign for key construction projects, constantly accelerating the pace of project construction.

Full efforts to advance project construction. Through activities such as project competitions, centralized commencement ceremonies, and on-site inspections, and by adopting measures such as progress reports and performance evaluations, the city guides Party members and officials to compare innovation, methods, and practical results, and to promote the rapid implementation of preliminary projects and the rapid commissioning of projects under construction in a closed-loop, list-based, and responsibility-driven manner. At present, Zunhua City has completed and put into operation 17 key projects, started construction on 32 projects, and completed a cumulative investment of 8.76 billion yuan.

Attracting projects around the industrial system. Seizing the opportunities of south-to-north capital relocation from the Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta and the transfer of Beijing-Tianjin industries, the city targets "high-tech, clustering, and supply chains," and through methods such as business-to-business investment promotion, supply chain investment promotion, and promotional events for specialty industries, it continuously expands its investment promotion network and accelerates the clustered development of industrial chains. At present, Zunhua City has signed 57 projects, including the Zhouyi Automobile Life Plaza, and has another 83 projects under discussion.

Creating an excellent environment for enterprise development. Zunhua City designated 2023 as the "Year of Optimizing the Business Environment," and, with the "strengthen guidance, boost momentum" campaign for key projects as a key lever, formulated and issued 15 policy measures to optimize the business environment, implemented "full-cycle" services for project construction, and deeply advanced reforms such as "approval without face-to-face meetings" and "start construction upon land acquisition," continuously shortening the commencement time and approval cycle of major projects and strengthening service guarantees for project construction. At the same time, focusing on key areas such as talent introduction, entrepreneurship support, and financial empowerment, it has comprehensively increased policy support to enhance enterprises' sense of gain and satisfaction.
