Recently, the first pile cap of the Jingkou Double-Track Extra-Large Bridge on the Chengdu-Chongqing Middle Line, constructed under the construction management of the Chongqing Construction Command of Chengdu Railway Group Co., Ltd., designed by China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group Co., Ltd., and built by China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group Co., Ltd., was completed with concrete pouring.

On that day, after 8 hours of continuous pouring, the concrete pouring for the pile cap of Pier 40 of the Jingkou Double-Track Extra-Large Bridge on the Chengdu-Chongqing Middle Line project, undertaken by China Railway Major Bridge Engineering Group, was completed, marking that the bridge has officially entered the fast track of standardized and efficient construction.

The pile cap poured this time is for Pier 40 of the Jingkou Double-Track Extra-Large Bridge. The pile cap is 3 meters high, 9.5 meters long in the transverse direction of the bridge, and 13.7 meters wide in the longitudinal direction, with a concrete pouring volume of approximately 400 cubic meters. The successful completion of the first pile cap pouring verified the feasibility of the construction deployment and planning, and further guided the standardized construction of similar projects in the later stage, which is of great significance to the construction of the Jingkou Double-Track Extra-Large Bridge.

Building a high-speed railway with a design speed of 350 kilometers per hour in a central urban area with complex terrain is quite challenging. The builders of the Jingkou Double-Track Extra-Large Bridge, squeezed among and surrounded by a network of transportation lines including the Chongqing-Huaihua Railway, Lanzhou-Chongqing Railway, the under-construction Metro Line 15, National Highway G212, and the Second Ring Line urban expressway, adapted measures to local conditions and delivered their own answer.
