Recently, a number of major municipal livelihood projects outside the island that have attracted much attention have made new progress, and the feasibility study reports and project estimates of several projects have been officially approved by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission.

[Tongxiang High-tech New City Supporting Projects]
A batch of supporting projects in Tongxiang High-tech New City has been approved by the Municipal Development and Reform Commission. Among them, the Dongliao Sports Center is an industrial public service supporting construction project of Tongxiang High-tech New City, located in the Xiang'an area of Tongxiang High-tech New City, with Jiuba Creek Road on the east side and Kechuang Avenue on the south side. It mainly involves the construction of the Dongliao Sports Center and related supporting facilities, with a total land area of 8,272.224 square meters and a total floor area of 18,100 square meters. The main construction content includes sports function facilities and supporting buildings.
The feasibility study report for the Phase I incoming line project of the 220 kV Tianwei Substation (Tianma N Dedicated Substation) in Tongxiang High-tech New City has been approved. The project is located in the Xiang'an area of Tongxiang High-tech New City and mainly involves the construction of 220 kV power lines, with a total route length of 2.15 kilometers, including 2 kilometers of overhead line route and 0.15 kilometers of cable route, along with supporting construction of power cable trenches, manholes, etc.
The Dongliao South Four-in-One Sanitation Facility Project is located in the Tong'an area of Tongxiang High-tech New City and mainly involves the construction of the Dongliao South Four-in-One public sanitation facility and related supporting facilities, with a total land area of approximately 636 square meters and a total floor area of approximately 854 square meters. The main construction content includes site leveling works, sanitation facility buildings and supporting facilities, etc.

[Dadeng Subdistrict Comprehensive Service Center in the Airport Area]
The feasibility study report for the Dadeng Subdistrict Comprehensive Service Center in the Airport Area has been approved. The project is located on the east side of the intersection of Airport Avenue and Yangtang Middle Road in Dadeng Subdistrict. The total planned land area is 13,973.00 square meters, and the total floor area is 27,140.00 square meters. The main construction content includes a subdistrict comprehensive service center, a community health service center, a day care center for the elderly, a service center for the elderly, a nursery for young children, a comprehensive cultural activity center, a library (including a community bookstore), an underground parking lot, and outdoor supporting works, etc.

[Guannan Community Park in Maluan Bay New City]
Guannan Community Park in Maluan Bay New City is located in the Jimei North area of Maluan Bay New City, at the junction of Puluan Road and Pujing Road. The main construction content includes greening, garden path paving and pergolas, prefabricated public toilets, signs and markers, water supply and drainage, lighting, monitoring, and other facilities. The total investment estimate for the project is 5.68 million yuan, and the total investment is approximately 167 million yuan.

[Dongren Road in Jimei New City]
The feasibility study report with estimate for the Dongren Road (Jiutianhu Road–Xingjin Road Section) and power cable undergrounding (Jinyuan Substation–Xingjin Road Section) project in Jimei New City has been approved. Among them, Dongren Road (Jiutianhu Road–Xingjin Road Section) is 653 meters long and is an urban secondary trunk road; the high-voltage power cable tunnel (Jinyuan Substation–Xingjin Road Section) has a total length of 1,044 meters. The main construction content includes roads, traffic, high-voltage power cable tunnels, cable trenches, rainwater, sewage, lighting, greening, water supply, reclaimed water, high-voltage cable undergrounding, gas, communications, and other works. The total investment estimate for the project is 147 million yuan.
