Recently, the CECS (China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization) standard "Technical Specification for Prestressed Hollow Concrete Rectangular Support Piles" (hereinafter referred to as the "Specification"), jointly drafted under the leadership of Tianjin Jiancheng Jiye Group Co., Ltd. and Tianjin University, was officially released, marking the birth of the national group standard for prestressed hollow concrete rectangular support piles and filling a gap in the industry.

During the preparation process, the "Specification" drew on relevant domestic and international standards and engineering practice experience through extensive research, providing a basis for its compilation. The content of the "Specification" is scientific and reasonable, highly operable, and coordinated with existing relevant standards. On the basis of extensive solicitation of opinions, the specific content was repeatedly discussed, coordinated, and revised, and the work was successfully completed with the joint support and assistance of the China Association for Engineering Construction Standardization, the review committee, and members of the drafting group. The preparation of the "Specification" has guiding significance for the engineering application of rectangular support piles.

Scientific Research and Innovation

The prestressed hollow concrete rectangular support pile is one of the company's important scientific research and innovation achievements in recent years. It has obtained 10 nationally authorized patents, published 12 papers, and led the compilation of 2 local standards. The achievement has won the Tianjin Killer Product award and the Tianjin Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative Product award, among others, and has undertaken multiple government research projects. The prestressed hollow concrete rectangular support pile has been applied in the company's industry-university-research cooperation project with Tianjin University, "Self-Stabilizing Unsupported Green Support Technology for Foundation Pit Engineering and Its Engineering Application," which won the Tianjin Science and Technology Progress Special Prize and has been applied in dozens of foundation pit projects across the country, achieving good social and economic benefits.
