High-pressure grouting pump HP360-EV

The HP360-EV is a custom-built ultra-high-pressure, high-flow pump station from Jiuzhuo Company. With a maximum output pressure of 65 MPa, it can meet most construction requirements, and it adopts a high-performance frequency converter and a newly designed high-pressure pump.

It is mainly used for strengthening and reinforcing soft foundations of new buildings, expressways, high-speed railways, and subways; remediating uneven settlement of buildings; seepage-proof curtains for reservoirs, dams, and underground construction projects; retaining cofferdams; mine plugging; slope anchoring; and other applications.

Core configuration

1. All-new hydraulic end: highly integrated to meet high-flow requirements;

2. Frequency converter: Inovance frequency converter, with a wide drive frequency range, small size, and stable performance;

3. Forced-air cooling fan: high air volume, high efficiency, low current, and low noise;

4. Low noise: enclosed structure, with noise as low as 70 dB;

2. Dual-fluid lubrication and efficient sealing: the hydraulic end of the high-pressure pump adopts a dual-fluid lubrication system. By applying the dual lubrication system, the grouting pump improves sealing performance, reduces plunger wear, and increases service efficiency.

3. New materials and new processes: high-precision equipment processing; all flow-passing parts are cast from high-quality, high-strength, durable, corrosion-resistant special materials using advanced processing techniques.

4. High power and high efficiency: power can be increased to 250 kW; the product has a compact structure, high efficiency, and is easy to maintain and operate.

5. Simple operation: equipment instruments and switches are centrally arranged for convenient operation.

6. Easy cleaning: the piston and cylinder lubricating oil use an oil-groove filling method, making it very easy to add oil and helping keep the site clean.
