Brand Chengkan

Recently, the pile foundation and foundation pit support works of the J2-38 project in the Eastern New Town undertaken by the Chengkan Institute were successfully completed.

The project is located in Yongtian Village, Heping Subdistrict, Da'an District, Zigong City, with a planned land area of approximately 82,300 square meters, comprising 21 residential buildings and 5 commercial buildings, and the foundation structure takes the form of a piled raft foundation. The Chengkan Institute was mainly responsible for the pile foundation and foundation pit support works of the project. The Chengkan Institute dispatched a professional project team, exercised refined management, fully leveraged its professional and technical advantages, and completed the contract performance with guaranteed quality and quantity.

With a forward-looking planning concept, the project creates a "Future Park Smart City Cluster" and is the largest urban renewal project in Zigong's history in terms of construction scale and investment amount. Upon completion, the project will serve as an effective embodiment of Zigong's innovation in high-end residential housing and the establishment of a value benchmark for large flat-floor residences.
