Construction Location:Ezhou City, Hubei Province

Construction Scale:The reconstruction and expansion project of the Wuhan-Huangshi Section of the Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway includes: ① Ezhou Section: the recommended scheme has a total length of approximately 40.304 km, with the route starting at the Huangshi Interchange of the Wuhan-Huangshi Expressway in Huashan Village, Huahu Town, Echeng District, Ezhou City, and ending at the main line toll station of Wuhan New City in Wuli Village, Miaoling Town, Huarong District, Ezhou City; the design speed for the entire line is 120 km/h. The estimated project cost is approximately RMB 7.391 billion. ② Connecting Line: the Tingzu Interchange connecting line is approximately 7.631 km long, with a design speed of 60 km/h for the entire line, a two-way six-lane Class I highway standard, and a subgrade width of 32.5 m. The estimated cost of the connecting line project is approximately RMB 590 million. The proposed combined schemes are as follows: (1) Combined Scheme I: the reconstruction and expansion project of the Wuhan-Huangshi Section of the Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway (including ① and ②), with a total investment of approximately RMB 8 billion. (2) Combined Scheme II: the reconstruction and expansion project of the Wuhan-Huangshi Section of the Shanghai-Chongqing Expressway (including ①), with a total investment of approximately RMB 7.4 billion. The final project content shall be subject to the content approved or verified in the feasibility study approval.

V. Planned Construction Period:1080 calendar days; planned commencement date: November 2023

The construction and installation engineering cost in the estimate of this bidding project is RMB 1,190.3881 million, and the bidding adopts the bill of quantities pricing method and post-qualification review.

Civil Construction SG15-4 Section:Xiaomian Road Station (exclusive) ~ Jinji Road Station (inclusive) ~ Jianshe First Road West Station (inclusive), two stations and two intervals, including construction content such as bridge demolition and reconstruction, pipeline relocation, and traffic diversion.
