On August 9-10, 2023, hosted by the China Construction Machinery Association, a scientific and technological achievement appraisal meeting for multiple projects including SANY's fully electronically controlled hydraulic excavator, plunger pump, motor, and reducer was successfully held in Changshu City, Jiangsu Province. An appraisal committee composed of experts from the association, Zhejiang University, Tongji University, Chang'an University, Yanshan University, Nanjing Tech University, Taiyuan University of Science and Technology, China Academy of Machinery Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd., and the National Construction Machinery Quality Inspection and Testing Center conducted on-site scientific and technological achievement appraisal.

The experts inspected the production site, listened to the scientific and technological achievement reports presented by the project teams, reviewed relevant materials, and after questioning and discussion, determined that the overall technical performance indicators of multiple achievements have reached the international advanced level. Among them, the overall technical performance indicators of the key technology research and application project for the complete high-end excavator reached the internationally leading level.

The appraised projects broke through relevant key technologies, achieved independent controllability of product technologies, ensured the security of industrial chains and supply chains, and laid the foundation for the sustainable and healthy development of the enterprise.
