At SANY Piling Machinery there is just such a group of employees: they fight on the front line of their posts year after year, with no fixed rest days, doing ordinary work, and through countless days and nights of sweat and toil they help build our beautiful cities together. They are our dear and respected after-sales service engineers!

This year marks Huang Xiahui's third year in after-sales service. Huang Xiahui holds a first-tier bachelor's degree, and his colleagues usually call him a top student. Diligent and eager to learn, he started out learning from his mentor by tightening screws—holding a wrench by day, studying theory and taking online courses by night. From knowing nothing about rotary drilling rigs to handling after-sales repairs on his own, it took him only half a year, and he soon won praise from many customers.

During the 2022 SANY Service Ten-Thousand-Mile Tour, Huang Xiahui, as an inspection service engineer, carried out maintenance checks on Fujian Xinjingrui Company's 235 rotary drilling rig. He was thorough and meticulous, promptly discovering that the customer's mast disassembly bolts had not been tightened; he shut down the machine and reinstalled them, eliminating a potential risk. At the same time, he trained the user on unit operation and use/maintenance, and the customer was very satisfied with SANY after-sales service. Through their contact with SANY after-sales service, the customer fully recognized the SANY brand and afterward abandoned competing equipment, buying all SANY rotary drilling rigs; their excavators, cranes, and crawler cranes are all SANY brands as well.

In July 2022, the customer purchased the first batch of SR275 units from SANY Piling Machinery. The equipment only arrived at the site on the evening before the start of work. Huang Xiahui and his colleagues assembled the equipment for the customer overnight and successfully completed all assembly and commissioning before the site's groundbreaking ceremony! To ensure the success of the first 275 pile, after completing commissioning Huang Xiahui and his colleagues rested in the service vehicle until the equipment was operating normally. During the test pile driving, because the newly arrived operator was unfamiliar with the strata, a hole collapse occurred. Huang Xiahui used the company's AR technology to connect live with a research institute construction-method engineer, who remotely guided the operator on site to complete the test pile, ensuring the smooth delivery of the first batch of 275 equipment! This laid a good foundation for the China IV 275. The customer was highly approving and subsequently purchased four more SANY rotary drilling rigs.
Huang Xiahui is a microcosm of the entire SANY service team, quietly giving of himself in an ordinary post and doing his part to contribute to national construction.
