The multifunctional pile planting drilling rig is a green and environmentally friendly new type of pile foundation, featuring low noise, no soil squeezing, less mud discharge, and uniform mixing. It is applied in high-rise buildings, bridge structures, and other projects. Compared with ordinary pipe piles, it avoids problems such as pile bursting, under-driving, and pile deviation; compared with bored piles, it avoids problems such as hole collapse and necking, effectively ensuring pile sinking quality. It is suitable for strata including fill soil, silt, silty soil, cohesive soil, clay, sandy soil, gravelly soil, strongly weathered rock, and moderately weathered soft rock.

During the construction of root-planted piles, the soil is cut and mixed into a flow-plastic state through the drilling process. During pile planting, the implanted pile sinks into the hole by its own gravity, and the flow-plastic soil overflows from the hole opening. The construction process does not disturb the surrounding soil.

☛The column features a dual-slide 90° design for multiple uses. In addition to suspending two sets of implanting drilling rig power heads, it can also mount multi-axis drilling rigs.

☛The winch has a dual-speed function, enabling low-speed lifting under load and fast lifting and lowering during rod changing and connection.

☛Adjustable rotation speed: by configuring a frequency converter, fast drilling can be achieved under low load; when drilling is difficult, high-torque low-speed drilling can be realized.

☛Modular product design concept, simultaneously meeting the applications of stiffened composite piles and enlarged-base implanted piles.

☛The drill rod adopts a four-channel design; the slurry, gas, and oil pipelines avoid the phenomenon of slurry blocking the oil circuit.

☛Ventilation function: high-pressure gas is added, which is conducive to both uniform slurry mixing and solving the problem of old clay adhering to the drill bit.

☛Intelligent construction management system. It solves digital control and management during construction, playing a role in recording, statistics, and analysis of construction quality and controlling pile body expansion diameter.
