Researcher-level Senior Engineer, Registered Civil Engineer (Geotechnical), First-Class Constructor (Building Engineering), Mentor of the company's Postdoctoral Research Workstation, Graduate Supervisor at Sichuan University and China University of Geosciences (Beijing), Deputy Director of the Quality, Health and Safety Branch of the China Survey and Design Association, Deputy Director of the Survey and Measurement Working Committee of the Beijing Engineering Survey and Design Industry Association, and Deputy Director of the 8th Editorial Board of Geotechnical Engineering Technology. He has presided over and completed a number of national key projects and scientific research topics, and has won the National Engineering Survey Silver Award, the "Top Ten Survey and Geotechnical Engineering" Award of the National Engineering Survey and Geotechnical Industry for the 60th Anniversary of the National Day, and a number of provincial and ministerial excellent engineering awards. For more than 20 years, he has been engaged in frontline survey, design, consulting and scientific research work, and has successively undertaken more than 500 geotechnical engineering survey, design and consulting projects. He has obtained 5 invention patents and 18 utility model patents. He has presided over and completed 8 research topics, published more than 10 papers in core journals, and participated in the compilation of 6 industry and local standards.

Following the layout of national infrastructure construction, AVIC Survey and Design Institute Co., Ltd. has participated in the construction of numerous airport projects. Airport construction is limited by site selection conditions, and the geotechnical engineering problems encountered are mostly complex. Through several typical project examples, this report shares the foundation problems encountered during construction, such as high fill, coral sand, saline soil, expansive soil, and liquefiable soil, as well as the solutions and effect verification, providing reference for similar projects.‍
