At 2 PM on May 25, Changzhou Yuchai welcomed the first session of the order-based on-site training program for enterprises organized by the Wujin High-tech Zone Federation of Trade Unions, titled "Corporate Culture Development and Implementation." The instructor, Zhu Weifeng, is a specially appointed corporate internal training mentor for the Changzhou Federation of Trade Unions and the Wujin Federation of Trade Unions, and a TTT-certified internal trainer.

To further advance the reform of the industrial workforce in the new era and cultivate a high-quality workforce that has ideals and firm convictions, possesses technical expertise and the ability to innovate, and is willing to take responsibility and make contributions, the Wujin High-tech Zone Federation of Trade Unions organized a training-delivery-to-enterprises initiative. Training times and content are determined through consultation between the federation and the enterprises, with the federation assisting instructors in delivering on-site training. As an advanced enterprise in harmonious labor relations in the district, Changzhou Yuchai has been included in the Wujin High-tech Zone Federation of Trade Unions' roster for free training, and will continue to carry out various order-based training programs.

Yuchai Group's culture of gratitude, striving, and family has been integrated into Changzhou Yuchai. On how to integrate this corporate culture into Changzhou's culture and embed it in every aspect of work, Instructor Zhu raised a series of questions, and the participating employees split into groups to enthusiastically discuss methods and measures.
