In the scorching summer, the Yuchai YCR65E rotary drilling rig set out once again, heading to Hengyang City, Hunan Province, to take part in a rural well-drilling project in Hengshan County and help mountain-area residents solve their drinking water difficulties.

The newly upgraded Yuchai YCR65E rotary drilling rig retains its product advantages of high efficiency, safety, and fuel economy. Its power head is equipped with dual motors and increased displacement, giving the power head higher rotational speed and more efficient construction. It is powered by Yuchai's all-new generation engine with EGR+DOC+DPF control, requiring no urea additive—environmentally friendly and economical, with strong power and high efficiency and fuel savings. The newly designed cab offers large space, a reasonable layout, and a sturdy structure; the air-suspension seat provides good shock absorption to prevent fatigue during long working hours; and a one-touch start button is fitted for convenience and reliability. The mast structure incorporates a low-clearance design concept, enabling construction on low rural road sections and meeting customers' more comprehensive needs. The mast can be folded down for transport on a flatbed without removing the drill pipe, and the main unit and accessories require only one truck, saving freight costs and reducing operating costs for customers.

During this construction in the mountainous area of Hengshan County, the Yuchai YCR65E rotary drilling rig drilled wells to a depth of 16 meters with a borehole diameter of 0.8 meters, and the opening was drilled directly into moderately weathered rock. The Yuchai sales and service team closely monitored the customer's start-up progress, formulated a supporting construction plan based on actual working conditions, and provided strong guarantees for the smooth progress of the entire construction process, earning high recognition from the customer.
