Flood control and flood season measures for construction sites under construction
Strengthen organizational support and clarify responsibilities
Construction sites under construction should establish a flood control and flood fighting leading group, formulate practical and feasible work plans for flood control, flood fighting and emergency rescue in light of their own actual conditions, formulate responsibility systems, and refine and implement responsibilities down to individuals.
Make proper material preparations and build emergency rescue teams
Construction sites under construction should, in light of the specific circumstances of the project, make proper preparations for the purchase and storage of materials such as raincoats, rain boots, flashlights, rescue stretchers, commonly used first-aid supplies, shovels, woven bags, river sand, crushed stone and vehicles, and at the same time organize strong personnel to form emergency rescue teams, ensuring that they can be put into emergency rescue work immediately when an accident occurs.
Strengthen publicity on flood control and flood season work and carry out emergency rescue drills
Construction sites under construction should make full use of effective channels such as slogans and staff meetings to carry out publicity and education on flood control and flood season knowledge, enhance workers' disaster prevention awareness, and organize a practical emergency rescue drill before the flood season.
Carry out safety production inspections during the flood season
Construction sites under construction should carry out self-inspections of safety production during the flood season. First, check the implementation of the main responsibility for safety production in flood control at the project, and the implementation of various flood season safety production measures and responsibilities in specific links, positions and responsible persons; second, check the safety protection of temporary offices, dormitories, work sheds, warehouses and other facilities at the construction site, and avoid as far as possible areas that may be affected by disasters such as landslides, collapses and mudslides; third, strengthen inspections of key parts and key links at the construction site, focusing on supervision of dangerous sub-divisional and sub-item projects such as construction site drainage, transport roads, slope protection, foundation pit support, scaffold engineering, construction electricity, tall formwork engineering and support systems, lifting and hoisting and installation and dismantling engineering, and underground excavation and underwater operation engineering; fourth, strengthen monitoring of meteorology and construction during the construction period, provide timely early warning, and effectively carry out preventive measures.
Implement the duty system and ensure smooth information flow
Construction sites under construction should prepare flood season duty schedules, ensure that communication equipment is open 24 hours a day, proactively contact meteorological departments and regulatory units, keep abreast of rainfall and water conditions, make proper preparations for prevention and evacuation before danger arrives, reduce property losses and avoid casualties. Once danger occurs, report it promptly to the town's leading group for safety production at construction sites under construction during the flood season, and at the same time organize emergency rescue teams to carry out rescue and disaster relief, ensuring the life safety of construction personnel and the public in the affected areas and minimizing property losses.
