Recently, the much-anticipated

Shangong Machinery's first crawler-type dual-wheel mixing drilling rig,

after the delivery of the first unit off the line,

went straight to the Hangzhou Zhengda Qingchunbao headquarters land project,

to face its real-world test,

and has now, with high efficiency, high standards, and low energy consumption,

completed the first phase of construction work, winning its first battle!‍

The Zhengda Qingchunbao headquarters land project is located in Dongyue Community, Liuxia Subdistrict, Xihu District, Hangzhou. As a "152" project promoted by Zhejiang provincial and municipal/county leaders, it is designed to include 4 office buildings with a total construction area of about 120,000 square meters. In the future, the project will further help build a complete fintech core industry chain in Xixi Valley, and is of great significance.

According to surrounding site data, the project site lies in a wetland landscape control zone and must meet urban design requirements for public space creation, building roof optimization, skyline control, and protection of distinctive landscapes. More importantly, although the plot has excellent locational conditions, its terrain is extremely special; in particular, the roughly 10-meter north-south elevation difference of the original site greatly increases construction difficulty.

Facing this complex situation, the project party rationally used the existing site and adapted the design to local conditions, setting terraces from south to north to handle the original site's elevation difference and using slope-climbing products to create a sense of layering. Most of the site consists of soft, unpaved soil roads; rainwater erosion has made them muddy and slippery, with hidden ditches crisscrossing. Yet such a complex transfer environment is precisely the best opportunity to demonstrate the off-road performance and transfer capability of the MS45E crawler-type dual-wheel mixing drilling rig.

To meet various complex and harsh working conditions in China, the MS45E crawler-type dual-wheel mixing drilling rig adopts a highly stable chassis structure, a folding outrigger beam structure, and an expandable crawler chassis to improve pile frame stability, while widening the crawler ground contact width and contact area to enhance stability.

The construction task for this project is to build an underground constant-thickness cement-soil mixing water-stop continuous wall before foundation pit excavation. The total volume of the water-stop wall is 15,000 cubic meters, with a depth of 20–50 m and a wall thickness of 800 mm. Considering the tight schedule, the project brought in two Shangong Machinery dual-wheel mixing drilling rigs—one crawler-type MS45E and one walking-type—for construction. The two brothers stand together in the same frame, competing side by side, dancing through Hangzhou!
