IV. Project Overview:

The Phase II works of Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit Line 20 start from Baishizhou Station in Nanshan District and terminate at the existing Airport North Station of Line 20 Phase I (exclusive), with a total length of approximately 24.9 km and 11 stations, including 9 interchange stations. The entire line is underground, and one Hangcheng Depot is provided. The scope of this tender covers the Phase II works of Line 20 (excluding Airport East Station and the Airport East Station–Airport North Station running section), including civil engineering works (including civil air defense works), building decoration and renovation works (including cultural and artistic production and installation works), procurement and installation of conventional equipment, property development platforms, main substation renovation works, track works of the Hangcheng Depot (excluding the depot access/exit lines), reserved embedded works, site preparation and temporary facilities for the construction unit, preliminary works (traffic diversion works (including streetlight relocation and restoration works), water supply and drainage pipeline relocation and restoration works, medium- and low-pressure gas pipeline relocation and restoration works), miscellaneous demolition and restoration works, installation of security zone warning signs, modification and connection works for existing metro lines, as well as interchange node works of new lines constructed simultaneously and other municipal or agency-constructed works incorporated into the simultaneous metro construction.

IV. Project Overview:

The total gross floor area of the project is approximately 317,600 square meters, of which approximately 222,600 square meters are above ground and approximately 95,000 square meters are underground. It includes: residential buildings, a kindergarten, commercial facilities and supporting facilities, etc.;

Project location: north of Keji 7th Road, south of Keji 6th Road, west of Planning 4th Road, and east of Jing 12th Road, Xi'an High-tech Zone;

V. Lot Division:

Construction Lot 1 of the Main Area of Gaoxin Chenyue Project; Construction Lot 1 of the Main Area of Gaoxin Chenyue Project, with a total gross floor area of approximately 65,281.12 m². The estimated budget for this tender is RMB 257.21 million.

Construction Lot 2 of the Main Area of Gaoxin Chenyue Project; Construction Lot 2 of the Main Area of Gaoxin Chenyue Project, with a total gross floor area of approximately 57,730.13 m². The estimated budget for this tender is RMB 228.61 million.

Construction Lot 3 of the Main Area of Gaoxin Chenyue Project; Construction Lot 3 of the Main Area of Gaoxin Chenyue Project, with a total gross floor area of approximately 53,003.41 m². The estimated budget for this tender is RMB 206.71 million.

Construction Lot 4 of the Main Area of Gaoxin Chenyue Project; Construction Lot 4 of the Main Area of Gaoxin Chenyue Project, with a total gross floor area of approximately 61,916.55 m². The estimated budget for this tender is RMB 245.19 million.

Construction Lot 5 of the Main Area of Gaoxin Chenyue Project; Construction Lot 5 of the Main Area of Gaoxin Chenyue Project, with a total gross floor area of approximately 73,111.42 m². The estimated budget for this tender is RMB 288.79 million.
