On June 13, 2023, the press conference and exhibitor preparatory meeting for the 16th China (Beijing) International Construction Machinery, Building Material Machinery and Mining Machinery Exhibition and Technology Exchange Conference ("BICES 2023") was grandly held in Beijing. Representatives from user units including China Communications Construction, China Railway, China Railway Construction, China State Construction, China Road and Bridge, Beijing Construction Engineering Group, China Chemical Construction Enterprise Association, and the Hoisting Committee of the China Metallurgical Construction Association attended the meeting.

Among them, relevant heads of four user units, as representatives, combined with the construction and equipment procurement management situations of their respective units, expressed their desire to strengthen cooperation with the upstream and downstream supply chain of the construction machinery industry through the BICES exhibition and to conduct equipment selection and procurement on the exhibition platform.
