The multi-tube rotary jet grouting rig is based on the original high-pressure jet grouting method, adopting a unique multi-hole pipe and a front-end forced slurry suction device to achieve forced slurry discharge within the hole and in-ground pressure monitoring. By adjusting the forced slurry discharge volume to control the in-ground pressure, deep slurry discharge and in-ground pressure are reasonably controlled, keeping the in-ground pressure stable, thereby reducing the possibility of surface deformation during construction and significantly minimizing environmental impact. The reduction of in-ground pressure further ensures the pile diameter.

In the Ma'anshan project, the Xitan multi-tube rotary jet grouting rig accurately completed the MJS method reinforcement work, ensuring the reliability and safety of the project. At the same time, this construction method also greatly reduced the impact on the surrounding environment and achieved good construction results.
