Xuzhou Foundation Pile Engineering Company and Xuzhou Jing'an Heavy Industry Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. are partners with a close business relationship. The foundation pile company is a foundation engineering construction enterprise, and Jing'an Heavy Industry is a manufacturer of foundation engineering construction equipment.

On the afternoon of June 12, Wang Feng, Party branch secretary of Xuzhou Foundation Pile Engineering Company, Tian Xinyuan, general manager, and Party member business backbone staff came to Xuzhou Jing'an Heavy Industry Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. to jointly discuss Party building and business work.

In order to thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Party, improve the level of enterprise Party building work, promote exchanges and mutual learning in Party building between the Party organizations of the two enterprises and their common improvement, give full play to the role of the Party organizations of the two enterprises as fighting fortresses and the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members, and drive the common development of the two enterprises, the Party organizations of the two enterprises decided to carry out a paired co-construction activity. The agreement established the working mechanism for paired co-construction between the Party organizations of both sides: guided by Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, with thematic education as the lever and the Regulations on the Work of Party Branches of the Communist Party of China as the basis, the Party organizations of both sides will actively carry out paired co-construction activities to promote the vanguard and exemplary role of Party members and the fighting fortress role of Party branches; both sides will share resource advantages, exchange work and learn from each other, help and complement each other, learn from and promote each other, raise the level of paired co-construction, and build a distinctive co-construction brand; a paired co-construction leading group shall be established to jointly formulate co-construction work plans and programs and to study and resolve new situations and new problems in co-construction work; both sides shall, in accordance with the characteristics of the enterprise Party organizations and Party member teams, actively innovate the content, forms, carriers and approaches of Party building work. Seminar activities shall be carried out around hot and difficult issues in political building, ideological building, organizational building, work style building and discipline building; both sides shall make good use of their respective enterprise websites, WeChat official accounts and other self-media to publicize the Party building activities of both sides in a synchronized manner; a liaison officer system shall be established to maintain regular exchange of Party building work information; exchange and interaction activities at different levels, with different content and in different forms shall be actively carried out, generally no less than twice a year.

During the discussion and exchange, Chen Wei, Party branch secretary and chairman of Jing'an Heavy Industry, introduced the company's new products to Secretary Wang Feng and General Manager Tian Xinyuan and their delegation, and the guests from the foundation pile company, drawing on their rich product application experience, offered valuable suggestions for Jing'an Heavy Industry's product development. Secretary Wang Feng said: "Our two Party organizations should base themselves on strengthening the 'production-use' relationship between the two enterprises and promoting resource sharing and complementary advantages between the 'production' and 'use' sides, so as to do a good job in Party building work."
