In 2018, SANY Intelligent Manufacturing and Guizhou Haoyu successfully joined hands and began to support Guizhou's construction.

Guizhou Haoyu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. entered the pile foundation industry in 2018 and purchased its first SANY SR360 rotary drilling rig. Since then, it has been deeply cultivating the pile foundation industry in the Guizhou market. From initially seeking partners to now having strategic cooperation with real estate developers such as Country Garden and China Overseas, it has fully participated in the construction of high-quality residential projects such as Country Garden Southwest Shangcheng, China Overseas Yinlongquan, and Jianfa. From commencement to project completion, no safety accidents have ever occurred, and it has been awarded the honorary title of Excellent Partner by the developers, with the cooperative relationship becoming increasingly solid.

To date, Guizhou Haoyu Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. owns six SANY rotary drilling rigs, three crawler cranes, and six excavators, and holds a Grade I construction qualification.

Project name: Guiyang Nanming River No. 1 Housing Construction

Project overview: The building area is 1.15 million ㎡. The site has eight zones, Areas A-H. It is currently under the overall command and construction of the Third Company of Guizhou Construction Engineering Group. The pile foundation for the plots in Areas A-D was completed in 2022. The current construction area on site is Area F, where about 2,000 bored piles are awaiting construction.

Construction conditions: The construction aperture in Area F is 1.0-1.8 meters, and the average depth of the bored piles is 15 meters. The rock is mostly slightly weathered and moderately weathered, with rock hardness of nearly 100 MPa.

A total of five SANY rotary drilling rigs are arranged on the project site, including four 360H units and one 405HK unit. The five pieces of equipment are working intensively. At present, the average output of one machine per 10-hour shift is about 30 cubic meters, so as to ensure completion of construction within the year.
