"Torque Adaptive Automatic Cruise Construction Technology" is a control technology that automatically adapts to drilling and back-reaming under safe torque, effectively avoiding jamming or drill rod breakage caused by misoperation. With this technology, construction parameters can be controlled with a deviation of less than 3%, enabling safe automatic construction of the equipment, reducing labor intensity and improving efficiency. This excellent technology is equipped on all XCMG horizontal directional drilling rigs above 500 tons.

The XCMG XZ11000 is a high-performance, fuel-efficient horizontal directional drilling rig developed for large-diameter long-distance pipelines in China. It adopts multiple advanced control technologies such as electro-hydraulic proportional control and load-sensing control. With the application of a digital display system, the main construction parameters are clear at a glance; parameters such as torque and thrust/pull force can be precisely adjusted, saving time and effort; the large clamping force and narrow jaw clamping area allow it to adapt to non-extended drill rods, resulting in low use cost and convenient matching; the multi-power combination and on-demand load distribution technology realize the redistribution of engine output power, saving 30% fuel compared with traditional rigs.

In the Hengshui Fuyang New River crossing project of the China-Russia natural gas pipeline, the back-reaming pipe diameter was 1219 mm and the length was 1272 m. The XCMG XZ11000 completed the back-reaming successfully in one pass. During the back-reaming process, it achieved a speed of one drill rod in as fast as 5 minutes, winning high praise from the project team! In the directional drilling crossing project of the China-Russia East Route natural gas pipeline, the XZ11000, as the main force of the project, not only set the construction record for crossing the Yellow River with the largest pipe diameter, but also set a new record for the fastest completion of a crossing project on the China-Russia East Route.

Excellent Product - XDN2400-R Pipe Jacking Machine

The XCMG XDN2400-R pipe jacking machine is a dedicated trenchless equipment developed by XCMG Foundation for projects such as sewage pipe networks and underground power cable installation. It innovatively features a multi-channel slag discharge combined mud circulation control technology and upgrades the inlet and outlet mud circulation system, enabling multi-dimensional flushing and slag discharge to ensure smooth slag removal; the cutterhead speed has a wide variable-frequency adjustment range, and the cutterhead speed and torque are reasonably controlled according to feedback current, ensuring stable jacking construction in strata of different hardness.

In the Ganzhou sewage treatment project, the XDN2400-R pipe jacking machine completed jacking in one continuous operation, with a daily advance of about 20 meters, breaking the long-distance jacking construction record among XCMG large-diameter rock pipe jacking machines.
