Recently, Taixin Machinery's KR90A small rotary drilling rig participated in the construction of the pavement foundation hardening (plain pile) project for Section 3 of the Fangtang Expressway in Henan and delivered outstanding on-site performance.

It is understood that the construction site is a pavement foundation hardening project on both sides of a culvert, with 200 to 300 pile points designed on each side. The geology consists entirely of soil layers with a small amount of groundwater. The pile diameter is 0.6 meters, and the pile depth ranges from 6 m to 10 m. The construction team of Taiheng Foundation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Taixin Machinery, achieved a maximum single-day hole completion of 983 m, with daily hole completion normally between 300 and 500 m, and can complete the construction volume of a single work face within two working days. The Taixin KR90A rotary drilling rig has an overall weight of 24 t, a construction diameter range of 0.4 to 1.2 meters, and a maximum construction depth of 28 meters. It supports transport with the mast fully assembled, reducing disassembly and assembly time during transportation and efficiently solving the problem of frequent site transfers delaying the construction schedule. During acceptance, the project department praised it, saying: good hole quality, no broken piles. The construction team of Taiheng Foundation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Taixin Machinery, fully leveraged the advantages of the small rotary drilling rig to complete pile foundation construction with high quality, high efficiency, and high safety, reducing construction costs and shortening the construction period for the customer, and won unanimous praise from the project department.
