Intelligent Transformation and Digital Transition Project Officially Launched!

On June 5, the launch conference for XCMG's Intelligent Transformation and Digital Transition project was grandly held in the lecture hall of the XCMG Group International Conference Center. The conference released the "Six Classics and Six Latitudes" blueprint and roadmap plan for XCMG's Intelligent Transformation and Digital Transition, and provided a detailed interpretation of the project's background, objectives, and content.

More than 350 people attended the conference, including members of the company's leadership team, the board secretary, assistant presidents and directors, subsidiary company leadership teams, headquarters department heads, and core members of the project team. The conference was chaired by Lu Chuan, President of XCMG Machinery and Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee. A total of 19 people, including leaders of each working group and enterprise representatives, took turns making statements of commitment.

The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that high-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in all respects. Under the trend of a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, the integration of the digital and real economies helps enhance the resilience and vitality of China's real economy and is an important lever for promoting high-quality development. Intelligent transformation and digital transition are becoming the main theme of industrial transformation.

Yang Dongsheng emphasized,

The times require us not only to properly answer this mandatory question posed by digitalization, but also to strive to make it the question we answer best in the industry. We must clarify the great significance of intelligent transformation and digital transition: it is an important engine leading a new round of technological revolution and industrial transformation, an effective lever for innovating business models, and a strategic choice for achieving high-quality development of the enterprise.

Yang Dongsheng pointed out,

The essence of intelligent transformation and digital transition is management transformation. XCMG must use systematic and systematized thinking to develop our own methodology.

Regarding what kind of enterprise XCMG should become through intelligent transformation and digital transition, Yang Dongsheng required,

Fourfold high-level unity must be achieved 
Highly unified strategic goals and vision;

Highly unified operations management and control model;

Highly unified global process system;

Highly unified global digital architecture.

The key is to do four things unswervingly 

First, we must unswervingly take the advancement of intelligent transformation and digital transition as an opportunity, learn, think, practice, and comprehend, promote action through knowledge, and accelerate the company's transformation and innovation with unity of purpose from top to bottom;

Second, we must unswervingly take process reengineering, data governance, and organizational optimization as levers to build a platform-based enterprise and an enabling headquarters;

Third, we must unswervingly use the advancement of intelligent transformation and digital transition to build the company's core capabilities, focus on the six main battlefields, and solve the bottleneck problems that have long affected high-quality development;

Fourth, we must unswervingly build a new pattern of a modern industrial system, accelerate the "Five Modernizations" transformation and upgrading of the industry, and boost the realization of the company's two-step strategic goals.

The times inspire us to forge ahead, and our mission calls for us to take responsibility. XCMG will thoroughly implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, with the confidence of "having a well-thought-out plan and winning victory from a thousand miles away," the determination of "pushing the stone up the mountain and climbing over the ridge," and the perseverance of "dripping water piercing stone and a rope saw cutting through wood." We will face difficulties head-on, resolutely fight the tough battle of intelligent transformation and digital transition, seize the high ground of digital construction, accelerate the "Five Modernizations" transformation and upgrading, focus on building a modern industrial system, advance intelligent transformation and digital transition in an all-round, multi-scenario, and deep-level manner, and go all out to build the brands of Digital XCMG and Intelligent XCMG, contributing strong new digital and intelligent strength to accelerating the "building of a world-class enterprise and climbing the global industrial Everest"!
