Since the launch of the "Three Grasps and Three Promotions" action, the Industry and Information Technology Bureau has taken project construction as an important focus and foothold, firmly established the clear orientation of "projects as the king", and vigorously promoted faster and more effective project construction. From January to April, industrial fixed asset investment increased by 21.2% year on year. Recently, in conjunction with the "promoting through supervision" of key work in Ganzhou District and the supervision of key projects in Ganzhou District, the Industry and Information Technology Bureau went deep into project construction sites to promote the construction of key projects.

The Industry and Information Technology Bureau conducted on-site inspections of projects including the CRRC Zhuzhou Times "Zero Carbon" Intelligent Equipment Industrial Base, Jinshuo Chemical's annual production of 80,000 tons of formaldehyde and its derivatives, Dongfang Zikong Green Intelligent Manufacturing Industrial Park, and Shanwei Chemical's production of 3-mercaptopropionic acid and other fine chemical products. In order to accelerate project construction progress, it cooperated with departments such as the Economic Development Zone and the Development and Reform Bureau to coordinate and resolve difficulties and problems existing in project construction, promote project construction progress, increase incremental fixed asset investment, and strive to bring projects into production as early as possible.

Next, the Ganzhou District Industry and Information Technology Bureau will make every effort to serve enterprises as a "shop assistant" and "escort" the construction of key projects and the development of the industrial economy in Ganzhou District. First, strengthen organizational leadership and promote implementation through special teams. The Industry and Information Technology Bureau implements project-linked special team promotion for investment and construction projects, designates one project-linked leader and responsible department for each project, sets a reverse schedule, implements follow-up supervision, comprehensively follows up on engineering construction, and keeps real-time track of project progress. Second, strengthen routine supervision and persist in relieving difficulties and solving problems. In conjunction with the activity of "visiting demands, solving difficulties, and promoting development" in which a thousand cadres are linked to a thousand enterprises, it will continue to go deep into the front line of project construction, earnestly listen to enterprise demands, and coordinate and resolve difficulties and problems existing in the handling of preliminary procedures for enterprise projects and in project implementation and construction. Third, strengthen communication and contact and give play to policy guidance. In conjunction with the "Three Grasps and Three Promotions" action, it will proactively publicize and explain policy requirements to enterprises, actively help enterprises strive for relevant support policies, boost the project construction process, strive to bring projects into production as early as possible so that they can yield benefits, and build momentum for the high-quality development of the industrial economy.
