Recently, excavation of the first panel trench section at Xupu Bridge Station on Shanghai Rail Transit Line 23 began, marking the official start of construction at Xupu Bridge Station. Xupu Bridge Station is located within the plot east of Longwu Road and north of the Outer Ring Expressway. The station spans the planned Huafa Road and is an underground two-level island-type station. The station main body is 316 meters long and 19.54 meters wide. The station has a total of 3 entrances and exits.

The Fifth Branch of the Construction Group will achieve the goal of controlling foundation pit deformation through comprehensive planning and refined construction. To ensure good waterproofing performance of the subway structure, all participating units will control water seepage of the structure through construction techniques and quality management, material selection, and other aspects, striving to achieve a leak-free station structure.

At the same time, the Fifth Branch will fully integrate the professional countermeasures of all parties, rely on high-quality social resources from various industries in Minhang District, actively cooperate with the construction unit in communication and coordination with relevant units and departments, and implement effective protection and relocation in a timely manner.

In the next stage, the Fifth Branch will further strengthen refined construction and traffic organization planning, adopt measures such as traffic diversion and temporary roads, and make every effort to ensure road traffic capacity during the construction period. At the same time, it will strengthen civilized construction through enclosed construction management, dust and noise control at the site, and treatment of road pollution caused by muck trucks, so as to establish a good image for the project. Subsequently, according to the traffic needs of Longwu Road and the shield tunneling construction plan, enclosed construction will be carried out for the main foundation pit of the station.
