IV. Project Overview:

The treatment scope of the Cao'e River Basin Flood Control Capacity Improvement Project (Dongqiao to Lihu Section) in Shengzhou City covers the right bank of the Chengjiang River from Xinshi Hydropower Station to Sanjiangkou, the left bank of the Xinchang River from Guanhe South Road to Sanjiangkou, and the right bank from Sanjiangkou to Dongqiao, with a total length of approximately 9.5 km. The main construction contents include levee reinforcement works, the Lihu area flood levee upgrading works, ecological restoration works, waterfront trail works, water culture node works, pedestrian bridge works, and culvert pipe works. The project is classified as Class III; the main structures such as levees are Grade 2, secondary structures are Grade 3, and temporary structures are Grade 4. The reasonable design service life of the project is 50 years.

The estimated static total investment of the project is 759 million yuan.

The scope of this section's bidding covers

The upgrading construction of approximately 3.2 km on the left bank of the Xinchang River from Guanhe South Road to Sanjiangkou, and the pedestrian bridge project on the Xinchang River side of Sanjiangkou (main bridge total length 339.526 m, branch bridge total length 113 m, bridge width 5 m, maximum span 30 m). The project is classified as Class III, with a flood control standard of once in 50 years; the main structures of the levee works are Grade 2; the design reference period of the pedestrian bridge structure is 100 years, the design service life of the bridge structure is 50 years, and the bridge design safety level is Class I.

The estimated investment of this section is approximately 56 million yuan.

The planned construction period is 731 calendar days.
