On May 29, Bauer China Group held a signing ceremony at Sime Darby Sin Chang Machinery Engineering (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. Sime Darby Sin Chang Guangdong officially became Bauer's first after-sales service dealer in China.

Mr. Dieter Stetter, President of Bauer Far East Group; Mr. Cui Xu, President of Bauer China Group; Mr. Li Jianbo, Customer Service Director of Bauer China Group; Mr. Gan Xianliang, General Manager of Sime Darby Sin Chang Machinery (Guangdong) Co., Ltd.; Mr. Ye Zhenxiong, Deputy General Manager of the Key Account Department of Sime Darby Sin Chang; and other guests attended the signing ceremony.

At the meeting, both parties held in-depth discussions on the strategic cooperation plan and expressed full confidence in achieving mutual success through future cooperation.

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Cui Xu, President of Bauer China Group, and Mr. Gan Xianliang, General Manager of Sime Darby Sin Chang Guangdong, signed the cooperation agreement on behalf of Bauer and Sime Darby Sin Chang respectively and exchanged commemorative gifts.
