IV. Project Overview:

This tender covers Civil Construction Section SG12-6 of Phase I of Hangzhou Urban Rail Transit Line 12: one station and one section from Gaojiao Road Station to Shuixiang South Station (inclusive), including bridge demolition and reconstruction, pipeline relocation, traffic diversion and other construction contents. The main contents are: (1) Shuixiang South Station is an underground two-story double-column three-span reinforced concrete box structure; the total outer length of the station main structure is 218.6 m, the total width is 21.7 m (at the effective center), the total height of the standard section is 13.75 m, the platform width is 12.6 m, and the foundation pit depth is about 19 m. The station has 2 groups of ventilation pavilions and 3 entrances/exits. (2) The tunnel in the section from Gaojiao Road Station to Shuixiang South Station is constructed by the shield method. The right-line tunnel runs from right CK22+918.603 to right CK23+901.278, with a length of 982.675 m; the left line runs from left CK22+918.603 to left CK23+901.278, with a long chain of 6.885 and a length of 989.560 m; one cross passage is set in the shield section, and the center mileage of cross passage No. 1 (also serving as a pump station) is right CK23+410.000. The specific contents of all tender scopes shall be subject to the drawings and bill of quantities.

The construction and installation engineering cost in the estimate for this tender is RMB 450 million.
