On April 14, the Tianjin Jingbin Intercity Railway Section 4 project, in which Shanghai Yuanfang participated in construction, was successfully completed. With the full commitment of the Shanghai Yuanfang Tianjin Jingbin Intercity Railway project team, the major task of diaphragm wall construction was completed ahead of schedule, delivered a full 11 days earlier than the planned completion date of April 25, effectively advancing the overall construction progress of the project.

The Tianjin Jingbin Intercity Railway Section 4 project is the company's first project in 2023 managed under the responsibility contracting model. The project is located near the Bohai Sea, and the water in the construction area is seawater. The seawater caused severe slurry separation, making slurry preparation extremely difficult. In the early stage of construction, the challenge of slurry preparation repeatedly brought construction progress to a standstill. After learning of the project's difficulties, the company's Engineering Operations Center and Chief Engineer's Office responded quickly, assisting the project team at the earliest opportunity to sort out the problems and resolve the difficulties. Under the guidance of the Engineering Operations Center and with the technical assistance of the Chief Engineer's Office, the Tianjin Jingbin Intercity Railway Section 4 project team, through multiple tests and repeated adjustments, successfully overcame the challenge of slurry preparation, ensuring smooth slurry production during construction. In addition, because the construction area is only 4 km from Tianjin Binhai International Airport, the height limit for construction operations on site is 45 m, making lifting operations relatively difficult. After thorough planning, the project team decided to adopt a scheme of hoisting the main and auxiliary cages in sections to solve the site height restriction problem. After successfully resolving the difficulties of slurry preparation and site height restrictions, the project team immediately adjusted the construction organization plan and devoted full effort to production. Construction efficiency improved significantly, promptly catching up on the schedule delays from the early stage of construction, and ultimately delivering a quality project to the client 11 days ahead of schedule.
