In accordance with the requirements of the documents "Measures for the Selection of Shaanxi Provincial Construction Engineering Science and Technology Awards" (Shaanxi Construction Association Document [2020] No. 41) and "Detailed Rules for the Review of Shaanxi Provincial Construction Engineering Science and Technology Awards" ([2020] No. 42), following enterprise applications, review by the expert evaluation committee, and public announcement on the official website, it is decided to grant the Special Prize of the First Batch of 2023 Shaanxi Provincial Construction Engineering Science and Technology Progress Award to five achievements, including "Key Technologies and Engineering Application of Prefabricated Concrete Structures in High-Intensity Seismic Zones"; to grant the First Prize of the First Batch of 2023 Shaanxi Provincial Construction Engineering Science and Technology Progress Award to 14 achievements, including "Research and Application of Key Construction Technologies for Deeply Buried and Extra-Long Water Diversion Tunnels under Complex Geological Conditions"; and to grant the Second Prize of the First Batch of 2023 Shaanxi Provincial Construction Engineering Science and Technology Progress Award to 35 achievements, including "Research on Upgrading and Renovation Technologies for Shield Machines Reaching Their Service Life."

It is hoped that the commended enterprises will cherish their honors, make persistent efforts, and scale new heights. At the same time, construction engineering enterprises across the province are called upon to learn from all award winners, adhere to the new development philosophy, deeply implement the innovation-driven development strategy, overcome key core technologies, promote the transformation and application of scientific and technological achievements, and make new and greater contributions to the high-quality development of construction engineering enterprises in our province.
