On-site interview

The Namangan project is an old bridge reconstruction project and an important passage connecting Namangan to Andijan. The project has a pile diameter of 1000mm, a pile depth of 22m, and a total of 8 cast-in-place concrete piles. The construction pile positions are located underwater. The riverbed strata consist of silt, silty sand, and silt soil layers, with the silty sand layer reaching 20 meters. The river water flow rate is very high, and the sand layer is highly permeable, making hole collapse very likely. Local materials are scarce and the basic industry is weak, creating great construction difficulties.

Namangan project

Based on its own conditions and local material conditions, Taiheng Foundation formulated a full-casing construction technology. The casing depth is 20 meters. At the same time, taking advantage of local stratum characteristics, it adopted silt replacement and clay addition to build a construction platform, and successfully completed the construction.
