On the afternoon of March 8, Fu Xuming, Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone and Secretary of the Changsha County Party Committee, visited Sunward Intelligent Equipment to extend greetings for International Women's Day and inspect work safety during the National Two Sessions. Zhao Wenjiao, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of Changsha Economic and Technological Development Zone, together with heads of the zone's Office, Work Safety Committee Office and Women's Work Committee, and Sunward General Manager Xia Zhihong, Party Secretary Chen Sheng, and senior executive Li Changjian, among others, participated in the visit.

Fu Xuming and his delegation first visited Fan Zhixiu, the company's municipal March 8th Red Banner Bearer, and extended holiday greetings to her and all female employees of Sunward. Fan Zhixiu, Assistant to the Dean of the Research Institute of Sunward's Foundation Equipment Business Division, has been engaged in frontline R&D work for more than 20 years. She has participated in one national-level project, applied for and participated in four provincial- and municipal-level scientific research projects, and obtained eight invention patents and more than 20 utility model patents. In 2022, Fan Zhixiu was awarded the title of March 8th Red Banner Bearer by the Changsha Women's Federation. "You are an outstanding representative of women who are in no way inferior to men. You are truly remarkable!" Fu Xuming highly praised Fan Zhixiu's achievements in scientific and technological innovation and expressed the hope that she will continue to carry forward the "craftsmanship spirit" and the "nail-driving spirit," and play the role of "half the sky" in taking the lead in building the "three highlands" and comprehensively advancing the construction of a pioneering zone for Chinese-style modernization.

At the aerial equipment workshop in Phase III of Sunward Industrial City, Fu Xuming learned in detail about the R&D, production and sales of Sunward's aerial equipment. He encouraged the company to give full play to its innovation and channel advantages, step up its "going global" efforts, further expand sales channels, and pursue an international and high-end development path.

After learning about the company's work safety situation, Fu Xuming pointed out that "safety is the greatest benefit." The company must strictly fulfill its primary responsibility for work safety, resolutely overcome complacency, always keep work safety at the forefront, strengthen work safety training for employees, standardize operating procedures, enhance employees' safety awareness, and firmly hold the bottom line of work safety.
