In the afternoon Alliance Member Conference, Chairman Gao Wensheng delivered a relevant work report and introduced and adopted the "Charter of the China Foundation Engineering Technology Innovation Intellectual Property Alliance". According to the Alliance Charter, after full deliberation and nomination by the Chairman, the conference unanimously approved by a show of hands the appointment of 8 comrades, including Wang Jizhong, Wang Lijian, Xu Shilong, Liu Zhongchi, Wang Fulin, Liu Xiangang, Shen Guoqin, and Shui Weihou, as Vice Chairmen.

During the meeting, Secretary-General Wu Chunqiu introduced the development and operation model of the Alliance and encouraged everyone to actively speak and discuss the operation model of the Alliance and the "Foundation Expert" platform. Through everyone's collective wisdom and efforts, and with the full cooperation and broad consultation of all members, the meeting finally reached the following three consensus points:

1. The Alliance and platform are necessary and feasible; digitalization is the direction.

2. Improving the quality of the technology industry and professional competence is the foundation.

Brief Introduction to the China Foundation Engineering Technology Innovation Intellectual Property Alliance

The China Foundation Engineering Technology Innovation Intellectual Property Alliance is a non-profit industry alliance filed with the National Intellectual Property Administration. It was initiated and established by Foundation Engineering Co., Ltd. of China Academy of Building Research, with Chairman Gao Wensheng serving as Chairman. Its members are enterprises, universities, and research institutions in the geotechnical engineering field that possess patented technologies and proprietary technologies.

The purpose of the Alliance is to build a platform for exchange and cooperation among Alliance members, and to promote joint research and development, complementary advantages, achievement transformation, and application promotion of geotechnical engineering technologies. Its goal is to closely follow the national innovation-driven strategy, adhere to taking enterprises as the main body, be guided by market demand and problems, integrate resources from industry, academia, research, and application in various fields, build an innovation work system for the research and development, evaluation, promotion, and application of innovative geotechnical engineering technologies, and achieve deep integration of industry, academia, research, and application. The 8 main work contents are:

1. Collect geotechnical engineering patented technologies and proprietary technologies nationwide, summarize them, form a list of innovative technologies, and regularly release it to members;

2. Organize experts to help members solve key technical problems and provide consultation and services for technical problems in the industry;

3. Collect innovation needs, integrate innovation resources, and promote joint innovation among members;

4. Organize evaluation of innovation achievements, assist member units in compiling standards, applying for construction methods, and organizing awards;

5. Publicize and promote the innovation achievements of member units and promote strong alliances among members;

6. Organize technical exchange activities and organize observation and investigation of physical projects;
